Where We Ship

We currently ship within Canada only.

Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is $9 CAD for orders under $75 CAD.

Standard shipping is free on Canadian orders of $75 CAD or more.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information when tracking is available.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll review the situation with you and help with the next steps.
